How You Will Make a Difference:- Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Supervise daily activities conducted by nursing assistants under your direction.
- Operate in compliance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as outlined by the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure all nursing personnel adhere to the facility’s written policies and procedures.
- Active RN license in your state of residence.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to function well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Outstanding technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
