This role combines hands‑on nursing leadership, clinical operations management, and support for real‑world evidence (RWE) and decentralized clinical trials (DCTs).
You will lead a multidisciplinary nursing team providing patient-centered care across on-site, home-based, and telemedicine settings. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical expertise, operational acumen, and a passion for advancing innovative care delivery models and integrating digital health tools into clinical workflows.

Oversee adverse event (AE) reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Organize training, onboarding, and competency evaluations to ensure excellence in clinical performance.

Coordinate and supervise all clinical operations related to patient care, specimen collection, point-of-care testing (POCT), and data documentation.
Ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance with research protocols and GCP standards.
Collaborate closely with investigators, research coordinators, CROs, and sponsors to support RWE and DCT initiatives.
Participate in the development and oversight of eSource documentation and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Coordinate care pathways according to therapeutic plans (Thera Path), including patient education, symptom monitoring, and follow-up.
Act as a key liaison between nursing, medical, and quality teams to maintain continuity of care.
C. Data Quality & Real-World Evidence Delivery
Oversee accurate and compliant clinical data collection for RWE projects and clinical studies.
Ensure appropriate handling of biological samples, biomarkers, and digital health data streams.
Maintain awareness of evolving data governance and ethical standards in real-world research.
Work with data and analytics teams to support study design, validation, and outcome measurement.
Drive adoption of telemedicine and hybrid care models to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
Collaborate with IT and clinical operations teams to design digital workflows, automated task allocation, and remote data capture systems.
Support evaluation and integration of new tools or devices into nursing practice.
Encourage team engagement in innovation, research participation, and evidence-based transformation of care.
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Quebec.
Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership, clinical operations, and research coordination.
