X and Low T Centers are seeking a part-time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in the State of Missouri.
Must be licensed in Missouri with active DEA in Missouri as well. This is a fully remote position. Patients will be seen in the Central Standard Time zone. Synergen

X and Low T Center are health clinics focused on improving men's health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for men (self-inject) and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men and women, 3 days a week with Friday required.

• Provide telemedicine clinical care to patients in Missouri, focusing on hormone replacement therapy and related weight management programs.
• Deliver telehealth services with sound medical decision making and strong patient relationship skills.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively through telehealth platforms.

• Active Missouri licensed FNP or PA in good standing with Missouri as the primary taxonomy NPI.
• Current experience delivering telehealth.
• Ability to connect with patients via telehealth and build quality patient relationships.
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
• Current Missouri DEA license.
• Availability on Monday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Wednesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Remote training for 7 days.

Fully remote within Missouri, servicing Missouri patients via telehealth.

$60 per hour.
