Evening Telehealth Nurse – Palliative Care Support

A leading health service provider is seeking an After Hours Telehealth Nurse to provide clinical advice to palliative care patients and caregivers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, a minimum of two years' experience in palliative care, and excellent interpersonal and IT skills. This role involves responding to community calls and requires the ability to work evenings, including the option to work from home once set up is established.
