Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies for nurse case managers' success

• Monitor and evaluate team performance to meet KPIs

• Analyze contact center operations and generate reports

• Coach team members for quality assurance

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes

Requirements:

• University Degree in Nursing preferred

• Valid nursing license in good standing

• Bilingual (English and French) strongly preferred

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare

• Experience with patient programs essential
