Field Case Manager

Become a vital contact for physicians as a Field Case Manager with Cencora. Engage with medical professionals and assist with patient management and therapy guidelines in this full time position.

In this role, you will act as a primary liaison between physicians and the program, guiding them on its services and reimbursement processes. Your experience as a registered nurse, or in related roles, will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care. You will also adapt program elements to suit each physician's needs, manage documentation, and collaborate with team members to enhance the patient journey.

• Serve as the primary contact for program-related inquiries
• Educate physicians on available services and reimbursement guidelines
• Assist with Special Authorization forms and prescriptions
• Provide updates on patient status to physicians
• Conduct risk assessments and identify improvement areas

• Registered nurse designation or related degree preferred
• Experience in clinical support or pharmaceutical sales beneficial
• Bilingual in English and French advantageous
• Robust analytical and organizational skills required
• Valid driver’s license and home office setup needed
