As a full-time Manager of Clinical Practice, you will supervise the Pediatric and Specialty Nursing Team, focusing on caregiver support and building strong client relationships. Your hands-on involvement will ensure the well-being of families and the delivery of quality care in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing staff in pediatric home care
• Develop meaningful moments for clients and families
• Conduct in-home assessments for client care
• Collaborate with caregivers to ensure quality service
• Evaluate and improve nursing programs regularly
Requirements:
• Nursing degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum two years of pediatric nursing experience
• Three years of leadership experience preferred
• Valid BCCNM registration and CPR certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
