Enhance your nursing career as Bayshore's Manager of Clinical Practice. This hybrid position combines work from home with essential in-home client visits, focusing on pediatric nursing care.
As a full time Manager of Clinical Practice, you will lead the Pediatric and Specialty Nursing Team. Your role will involve supporting caregivers and nurturing client relationships, enhancing the well‑being of families. A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the Lower Mainland, ensuring your hands‑on involvement in client care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise nursing staff in pediatric home care
- Develop special moments for clients and families
- Visit clients in their homes for assessments
- Collaborate with caregivers to ensure quality service
- Conduct program evaluations and improvements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience
- 3 years of leadership experience preferred
- Valid BCCNM registration and current CPR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
