Adult Nurse Manager – Community Complex Care — Basingstoke
£45,000 p/a + company car + benefits
If you are an experienced nurse seeking a community leadership role, this Adult Nurse Manager position offers stability, autonomy, and the chance to manage care properly. Covering the Basingstoke catchment area, you will oversee complex adult care packages in the community while working Monday to Friday with no nights or weekends.
As an Adult Nurse Manager, you will have genuine ownership of your caseload and the authority to make sound clinical decisions. The role balances hands‑on nursing oversight with leadership responsibility, supported by a hybrid structure that includes one day per week working from home.
Package & Benefits- Competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.

You will be joining a specialist community care provider delivering personalised support to adults with complex clinical needs. The organisation works closely with families, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain safe, consistent, and well‑managed care packages.
Key Responsibilities- Lead care delivery and maintain high clinical standards.
- Manage and review bespoke care packages for adults with complex needs.
- Complete clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management.
- Lead, train, and support carers delivering care in the community.
- Must be a Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Recent hands‑on experience with tracheostomy care and ventilated patients.
- Experience working at Band 5 or Band 6 level in community or complex care.
