We are expanding our team to include Nurse Practitioners with experience in perimenopause and menopause care. This role is critical in assessing, prescribing, and managing HRT treatments while providing continuous patient support. Engage with a collaborative clinical team to deliver top-notch health services virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed virtual consultations for menopause symptoms

• Assess and evaluate patient histories for HRT eligibility

• Prescribe hormone replacement therapies effectively

• Monitor patient responses to HRT and adjust as needed

• Document interactions in EMR and provide patient education
Requirements:

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with an active provincial license

• Previous clinical experience in menopause care

• Proven ability in HRT management

• Excellent communication for remote interactions

• Strong judgment and independent work capability
