This opportunity is tailored for skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) seeking to deliver high-quality, client-centered care in various communities including Mississauga and Etobicoke. The ideal candidate will have strong IV insertion skills and the ability to assess patients effectively during their treatment journey. Regular weekday availability will be key to ensuring continuity of care for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-treatment nursing assessments

• Administer prescribed IV therapies

• Monitor clients during the infusion process

• Provide ongoing education and support

• Document patient interactions thoroughly

Requirements:

• Current CNO registration as RN or RPN

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience

• Proficient in IV therapy and venipuncture

• CPR certification is mandatory

• Negative TB test and Criminal Record Check
