As part of Bayshore's Northern Staffing program, you will provide essential health care services to Indigenous populations, ranging from newborns to elders. Experience a dynamic work environment with flexible assignments lasting 4 to 6 weeks and enhance your clinical practice through this unique role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver primary and emergency care services to residents
• Assess patient needs and implement personalized care plans
• Promote health using Best Practice Clinical Guidelines
• Address the comfort and safety concerns of patients
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse healthcare team
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized School of Nursing
• Licensed Nurse in good standing status
• Ability to obtain licenses in desired provinces/territories
• Relevant nursing experience in varied settings
• Dedication to professional growth and ongoing education
