Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone triage and medical advice to callers

• Deliver mental health support and crisis intervention

• Utilize protocols for accurate patient disposition

• Complete confidential medical records promptly

• Convey clear information during patient encounters

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized School of Nursing

• Minimum 2 years of triage or clinical experience

• Active CRNNL licensure or willingness to obtain

• Familiarity with computer systems and technology

• Private workspace for telehealth consultations
