As a vital part of the healthcare team, you will practice autonomously while also collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals. You’ll engage with patients in diverse settings, focusing on culturally aware care that promotes health and wellness. The role requires three years of relevant experience paired with remote nursing certification to excel in delivering effective assessments, interventions, and health education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in a remote setting
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and interventions
• Coordinate health services and follow-ups
• Participate in health promotion activities for individuals and groups
• Utilize sound judgment in crisis situations
Requirements:
• Remote nursing certification or eligibility to obtain it
• Current RN(C) registration with BC College of Nurses
• 3 years' recent related nursing experience
• BLS Level 'C' and ACLS certifications
• Valid Driver's License required
Utilize your clinical expertise to enhance community health and ensure effective care delivery through evidence-based practices.
