Position: 249181 - Staff Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Registered Nurse to join our team on Dalrymple Ward at Galloway Community Hospital. Dalrymple Ward is a 26‑bedded unit specialising in the care of older adults, rehabilitation, and palliative care. We pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care within a supportive and forward‑thinking multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with current professional registration
  • Clinical experience within rehabilitation and/or care of the elderly
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively

Shifts

This is a rotational post covering day and night shifts, with shifts typically 11.5 hours.
