WIN is looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide remote advisory and coaching services in women’s health. Candidates with at least five years in fertility, menopause, or reproductive endocrinology will excel in this role. You’ll deliver virtual sessions, enhance international program design, and engage cross-functionally to ensure culturally relevant support for global patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual coaching on family building and well-being topics

• Deliver evidence-based education per healthcare guidelines

• Support patients navigating family-building benefits

• Contribute clinical expertise to program design

• Ensure compliance and relevance in educational content

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in Canada

• Minimum five years of experience in women's health

• Fluency in English and French Canadian

• Experience in virtual education and coaching

• Strong communication and analytical skills
