Occupational Health Nurse

Position: Occupational Health Nurse - Hybrid Role
Take charge as an Occupational Health Nurse with SE Health in Ontario, blending virtual work with occasional travel. You'll manage employee illness and injury while supporting essential health and safety initiatives.

In this permanent, full-time position, you will oversee disability case management, assisting employees in navigating illness-related absences. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and develop occupational health programs while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Your expertise in nursing will play a crucial role in improving workplace wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee disability casework and accommodations

• Maintain confidential health records per legal standards

• Support development of health and safety programs

• Liaise with healthcare providers and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree

• Occupational Health Nursing Diploma or Certificate

• Minimum 5 years in occupational health management

• Strong knowledge of relevant health legislation
