This permanent, full-time position involves supporting clients through mental health challenges by developing tailored crisis intervention strategies and assessments. The ideal candidate will have a nursing background, strong communication skills, and experience in mental health nursing. Engage with clients to monitor their progress and well-being in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Recovery Plans based on client needs
• Monitor client's mental health and treatment plans
• Provide education on mental health and illnesses
• Establish follow-up plans prior to client discharge
• Advocate for clients with community resources
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with a degree in Nursing
• Certification in mental health nursing preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years in community mental health
• Strong crisis intervention and problem-solving abilities
• Openness to diverse and inclusive practices
