Position: Clinical Nurse Educator - Hybrid Role

This role as a Clinical Nurse Educator requires a clinically experienced RN ready to enhance the education of nursing staff. You will facilitate orientation, compulsory training, and clinical development, ensuring the highest quality care for patients and families. Your collaboration with management and multidisciplinary teams will drive evidence-based practice and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of nursing education programs

• Support clinical development and training for staff

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to uphold standards

• Evaluate educational programs and their impact on patient care

• Focus on quality improvement initiatives within nursing practice

Requirements:

• 5+ years of RN experience required

• Current College of Registered Nurses of Alberta registration

• BCLS-HCP certification

• Recent experience as an educator is an asset

• Strong organizational and leadership skills necessary
