Specialty Pharma Nurse - Remote

Deliver essential pharmacological treatments as a Specialty Pharma Nurse in a casual role under the guidance of experienced supervisors. This position involves patient monitoring and effective communication in home or clinic settings.

As a Specialty Pharma Nurse, you will develop individualized care plans and conduct health assessments for patients receiving specialty pharmaceuticals. Your responsibilities include obtaining IV access, administering treatments, and documenting patient reactions through established protocols. Additionally, you'll provide patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with company standards and training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized nursing care plans for each patient

• Conduct comprehensive patient health assessments

• Obtain IV access and prepare specialized treatments

• Monitor patient reactions and document accurately

• Provide education on medication administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree

• Current registration with provincial nursing body

• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification

• Experience in acute care or specialty pharmaceuticals

• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
