As part of the Northern Staffing Program, you'll serve patients through home visits and long-term care facilities for a 4-week assignment. This role provides an exciting opportunity to expand your clinical skills while supporting individuals who need care the most. You'll receive comprehensive training and continuous support from the Bayshore team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit patients in their homes for care delivery
• Monitor and report on stable patient conditions
• Carry out comprehensive assessments for homebound patients
Requirements:
• Accredited nursing degree with an active license
• Experience in community health or home care
• Compliance with provincial licensure and training
• Willingness to meet mandatory health requirements
• Commitment to providing compassionate care
