University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is seeking a Transplant Nurse Specialist to assess, plan, implement and evaluate post‑transplant care. You will lead nurse‑led clinics, provide education and support to patients and families, and coordinate remote and face‑to‑face follow‑ups.
The role requires renal/transplant nursing experience, strong organizational skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Training and induction will be provided.
