Meeveem Limited is looking for a Specialist Nurse to provide high-quality home-based care across East Anglia. You will support patients at home, helping to reduce hospital admissions while working within a supportive MDT and maintaining clinical records.
The role requires an NMC-registered RN with acute care experience, the ability to perform clinical assessments, administer subcutaneous injections and IV therapies, and a full UK driving licence.
