This permanent Tele Health Nurse role involves managing a variety of medical calls, both emergency and non-emergency. You will assess patients based on established protocols and provide vital clinical information that enables callers to make self-care decisions. Effective communication and documentation are key components of this role, especially during critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and document findings following established guidelines

• Recommend actions based on clinical judgement and guidelines

• Encourage appropriate self-care decisions during calls

• Communicate with callers and third parties in challenging situations

• Adhere to time-utilization standards to ensure service efficiency

Requirements:

• 3 years of clinical nursing experience, acute care preferred

• Active Registered Nurse license in your province

• Nursing diploma required;
Bachelor's preferred

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Reliable internet service and a suitable home office setup
