Key Responsibilities:

• Administer in-home infusions and injections

• Schedule visits with patients or caregivers

• Complete visits at assigned locations

• Maintain accurate patient charting in an automated system

Requirements:

• Valid RN/LPN/RPN license in your province

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience

• Strong infusion and pediatric skills

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

• Must have a home office and valid driver’s license
