Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust in Carmarthen is seeking an Integrated Care Clinician (Nurse). The post focuses on telephone triage assessments and advising the most appropriate intervention to meet patients’ needs using best clinical practice, policies and guidelines, with autonomy to make initial decisions.
As a Band 6 Triage and Assessment Nurse you’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to support urgent and out-of-hours care across Wales.
