Home Link Healthcare is recruiting an Associate Clinical Lead to join our expanding Hospital at Home service, providing clinical leadership, mentorship and support to our Community Oncology Nursing team across London and the M25. What You Will Be Doing As Associate Clinical Lead - Community Oncology , working with Clinical Lead oversight, you will be responsible for the safe, effective and compassionate delivery of Community Oncology services across London.

Your responsibilities will include:
Taking responsibility for the day-to-day clinical delivery of the Community Oncology service Delivering safe, high-quality Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) in patients' homes when required Providing clinical advice, mentorship and support to Community Oncology Nurses Supporting clinical governance, patient safety and quality assurance activities Coaching and developing colleagues delivering specialist oncology care Supporting SACT competency assessments , education and ongoing professional development Monitoring treatment pathways, recognising toxicity and ensuring appropriate escalation Supporting the investigation of incidents, clinical risks and service improvements Collaborating with consultants, Clinical Nurse Specialists, pharmacists, GPs and multidisciplinary teams Ensuring patients and carers receive outstanding clinical care, education and support throughout their treatment journey Participating in service development, audits and continuous quality improvement Supporting operational resilience and participating in the on-call rota where required
