We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated receptionist / clerical assistant to join our Public Dental Service (PDS) to provide patient-centred dental support in NHS Dumfries & Galloway.
This unique opportunity will see you providing direct and indirect support to both patients and the clinical team. Office experience is essential with fluent computer skills being required. Dealing with patients at the clinic and by telephone, you must have excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Working as an effective team member will be important in this busy clinic / office environment which will be demanding yet rewarding.
The post is based at Gardenhill Medical Centre in Castle Douglas and is full-time, 36 hrs per week, working over 5 days. Cover at other PDS sites may be required at times.
