Sciensus is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high quality, patient-centred care in patients' homes, supporting early discharge and preventing unnecessary hospital admissions, while maintaining safety and compassion.
As a Specialist Nurse you’ll work autonomously within a supportive MDT, covering the Cornwall region and ensuring high standards of care, with 37.5 hours per week over five days (occasional weekends).
