An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered nurse who already holds a first-level adult nursing degree to join the Out of Hours (OOH) overnight service as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse.

As a Community Staff Nurse, you will work within the Primary Health Care Team and, under the direction and supervision of the District Nurse, assess and deliver agreed care plans to individuals within a community setting.

All roles will be assessed for sponsorship eligibility in line with current Home Office requirements. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) can only issue a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) where these are met.

• Assess the needs of individuals within a community setting.
• Deliver agreed plans of care under the supervision of the District Nurse.
• Work as part of the Primary Health Care Team.

• Registered Nurse with a first level adult nursing degree.
