Dorset Health Care University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the District Nursing Service across East Dorset, based at St Leonards hospital. The role involves home-based nursing for complex patients, wound care, IV therapy, and palliative/end-of-life care, with training provided by the Trust.
This post is part-time (26 hours per week) and requires current UK registration. DBS check will be funded by the Trust; visa sponsorship is not available.
