Bayshore Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a unique travel assignment, lasting 2–6 weeks, focused on delivering primary and emergency care across Northern British Columbia and Alberta. This role requires strong clinical skills in observation, assessment, and care planning. You will make a meaningful impact in diverse communities, caring for residents of all ages while enjoying flexible assignments and continual professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary and emergency care in a clinic atmosphere
• Utilize nursing skills for assessment and health teaching
• Implement Best Practice Clinical Practice Guidelines
• Ensure clients' comfort and safety during care
• Create thorough care plans in a team setting
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Licensed Nurse registered in good standing
• 3,000 hours of nursing experience in critical care or remote communities
• Willingness to obtain provincial nursing licenses
• Open to mandatory skillset training
