Senior Clinical Educator – Mental Health (Adult Services)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + car allowance

Location: National role – based anywhere in the UK

Working pattern: Remote working with national travel

The Role

Lead on the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and training programmes within adult mental health services
Support and develop clinical staff to maintain high standards of care and evidence-based practice
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders nationally
Travel across the UK as required, alongside remote working

Requirements

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration
Experience working within adult mental health services
A training/teaching qualification is desirable or proven experience in a similar clinical education, training, or practice development role
Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
Willingness to travel nationally
