Oncology Clinician (Remote)

Role Overview :
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Clinician (Oncology / Hematology) to work on a full-time basis. This role involves providing specialized care to patients with cancer or blood disorders while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position requires expertise in oncology and hematology to deliver evidence-based treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose patients with oncology and hematology conditions using clinical guidelines.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for cancer and blood disorder patients.
Monitor patient response to therapy and adjust treatment as needed based on clinical outcomes.
Collaborate with oncologists, hematologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Document patient encounters, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Active license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the United States.
Board certification or eligibility in Oncology or Hematology Nursing preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in oncology or hematology clinical practice.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation.
Strong communication skills for patient education and interprofessional collaboration.
