Bayshore Health Care is seeking a dedicated Remote Travel Nurse or Nurse Practitioner for assignments lasting 2–6 weeks. In this position, you will provide primary and emergency care across diverse healthcare settings, while leveraging your advanced nursing skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver primary and emergency care to all age groups
• Implement individual care plans and health promotion initiatives
• Conduct assessments guided by Best Practice Clinical Guidelines
• Provide immunizations and manage communicable diseases
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Nursing
• Active nursing license in good standing
• Minimum 1,125 hours as Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care
• Experience in remote or isolated community care
• Willingness to obtain licenses for specific provinces
