As an experienced Nurse Practitioner, you will provide evidence-based patient care while mentoring novice clinicians. You'll perform virtual reviews, order diagnostic tests, and prepare detailed health and wellness strategies using innovative tools. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential to help clients achieve their health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of medical histories
• Order appropriate diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Develop actionable health strategies for clients
• Collaborate with a team to support client wellness
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology for chronic disease management
Requirements:
• Masters of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Active provincial license for prescribing
• 4+ years of primary care experience preferred
• Familiarity with EMRs for technology-supported care
