BioScript Solutions is seeking a driven Field Nurse Case Manager to join their Patient Support Programs team. This full-time role in Ontario involves managing patient cases and collaborating with healthcare providers. You'll coordinate insurance coverage, facilitate clinic visits, and foster relationships with patients and physicians to ensure access to essential treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of patient treatment journeys

• Establish strong relationships with clinics and physicians

• Manage documentation and submissions for insurance coverage

• Schedule clinic appointments and drug deliveries

• Implement best practices to maximize patient access

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse designation required

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service and healthcare reimbursement

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
