The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing resident care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. You will be assigning staff, monitoring their activities and providing for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of residents. Shift: Full-Time Every Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm
Responsibilities- Maintain a high level of Resident Care quality by monitoring & coordinating other partners
- Assign staff within established guidelines.
- Observe the resident’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs and report to and collaborate with other care team members.
- Advocate for the resident and family to the physician.
- Assist physician in the provision of assessment, treatment, and evaluation.
- Interact with residents in a therapeutic manner, using behavior management techniques such as validation and reminiscence.
