Travel Nurse Practitioner — Home Health Assessments

Hueman is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for home-based assessments across patients in Oklahoma. You will travel to patients’ homes and conduct comprehensive, non-invasive physicals in a personalized setting, documenting histories and reconciliations to ensure safety and compliance.

Qualified NPs will perform HRAs without treating or prescribing in the home, and benefit from flexible scheduling and provided supplies. Relevant NP credentials and active licenses are required.
