Elysian Hospice in North Houston is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate home-based hospice care across patient ages. You will coordinate with the IDG, perform comprehensive assessments, and ensure quality, safe delivery of clinical services in patients' homes.
Requires active RN license in Texas, 2 years hospice or home health preferred, strong communication and documentation skills, and reliable transportation.
