Pentec Health, Inc. seeks a Home Health Infusion Registered Nurse, Traveler-Hybrid to provide home-based patient care across assignments.
You will perform assessments, pumps refills, dose adjustments and education, traveling nationally while based in the Salt Lake City area. The role requires RN licensure, 3+ years’ nursing experience, a valid driver’s license and strong patient communication skills; schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM with travel expectations.
