Small Door is seeking a compassionate Telehealth Veterinary Nurse to provide remote support to our members via chat and phone. You will work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality telehealth services and member care.
This role is remote, reports to the Telehealth Manager, and requires 5+ years as an LVT/RVT/CVT, strong communication, empathy, and tech-saviness. Weekend and holiday coverage may be needed as part of a flexible schedule.
