Responsibilities:Review medical records and clinical documentation.
Assist with admissions, care coordination, and discharge planning.
Communicate with physicians, nurses, and insurance providers.
Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
RN licensed in the Philippines.
NCLEX passed or eligible.
Strong English communication and computer skills.
Clinical, rehab, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
