Remote RN - Patient Triage & Care Coordination

Carle Health is seeking a Patient Clinical Services RN to coordinate care for Primary Care locations, performing triage and providing general health information via phone/electronic channels. The role starts with six months of in-office training at the Champaign, IL location before transitioning to remote work.
