Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the clinics. In this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic. They will have the option to move hybrid after training is complete.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, No nights, weekends, or holidays!
** Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work-from-home schedule;
Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings **
Skills:
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Timely and thorough patient triage skills
- Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work)
- Excellent time management and prioritization
- Adaptability in a new and changing environment
Qualifications:
- Education:
Diploma in Practical Nursing - Licensure:
Active LPN license - Experience:
2-3 years of experience preferred
Qualifications:
- Education:
Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree - Licensure:
Active RN license - Experience:
2-3 years of experience preferred
