Pay Range
Shift Rate: $27.44 - $42.41 /hour (placement on salary range as per Collective Agreement)
Estimated annual earning potential: $70,000–$120,000. Actual earnings may vary based on availability and service volumes
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our Child and Family Program in the Central West region. The successful candidate will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and participate in a one-in-three weekend rotation. This is a shift nursing role; therefore, a reliable vehicle is not required.
The Child and Family Program provide individualized, one-on-one care to clients ranging from newborns to young adults up to 25 years of age. As a visiting nurse, you will deliver home-based nursing care to children with complex medical needs, supporting both their health and overall well-being in a family-centered environment. The program also supports continuous professional development through educational opportunities, including access to the Sick Kids Connected Care program, enabling nurses to enhance their clinical knowledge and stay current with best practices.
