Medacs Healthcare is recruiting a CHC Nurse Assessor (Band
6) for a fully remote locum role in the UK. The post involves 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, assessing care needs and coordinating packages while liaising with NHS services and local authorities.
The ideal candidate will have CHC assessment experience, current NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD), and the ability to manage a caseload with strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
