As the primary contact for physicians, you will oversee documentation, manage authorizations, and adapt support for both in-clinic and remote care. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for physicians and stakeholders

• Educate providers on services and reimbursement navigation

• Review patient documentation and completion requirements

• Manage submission of special authorizations accurately

• Update physicians regarding patient status and program changes

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or BSc in related Science field

• Knowledge of the reimbursement process

• Previous Case Manager experience preferred

• Bilingual proficiency (English and French) for Quebec role

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
