Description:

Facility operates as a state-run long-term care center. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and report changes in resident condition. Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner. Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on assigned units. The facility caters to a patient population with Alzheimer's and dementia. Weekend work is required every other weekend based on center requests.

Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively. Candidates should have a positive demeanor and the ability to work with diverse individuals. Dependable attendance and flexibility with scheduling needs are essential. Modules must be completed prior to assignment start date. If a clinician is reported for a clinical issue, they may be asked to go home during an investigation.

Following investigation, the center will communicate decisions on next steps.
