4 West is a 24-bed inpatient nursing unit, providing quality care to adult medical/surgical telemetry patients who are acutely ill or injured. 4 West specializes in post-operative surgical patient care. • ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.

• Virginia or compact multistate RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing.
• BLS within 90 days of hire.

• Experienced RN's and New grads welcome! For many of our Registered Nurse roles, we welcome new graduate applicants.
• We're excited to share our starting pay rate for new graduate registered nurses with less than 1 year of experience is $36.00/hour.
• Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly.

Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
